4. The quality defects in the process of equipment manufacturing shall be reported to the demander and the supervision representative in time without concealment. If the equipment defect exceeds the standard specified in the contract, we will replace it unconditionally. In the process of installation and trial operation, if there are quality problems in the equipment, deal with the problems first, and then distinguish the responsibilities. Everything is based on meeting the needs of the project progress.


5. In case of missing parts or parts lost due to other reasons during unpacking, we are responsible for making up the missing parts as soon as possible. If the quality problems found during the installation and commissioning of the equipment and in the operation of the equipment in the future are caused by us, we will bear the responsibility and compensate the direct economic losses suffered by the demander.


6. The goods we provide comply with the national security regulations, have complete certificates, are made of the latest design and high-quality materials, and meet the quality specifications and performance requirements of the state in all aspects.


7. The warranty period is one year. In case of quality problems caused by our manufacturing during this period, we will provide free maintenance or replacement in time. The warranty period of the replaced or repaired equipment shall be extended, and we shall be responsible for the losses caused to you due to the time delay.
